K-12 Teacher

Position Summary:  

Deliver curriculum content in an online synchronous and asynchronous environment, provide
standards-based instruction, support, and guidance to parents and students, monitor students'
individual learning needs, and actively collaborate with families to advance each student’s education.
Job performance is evaluated annually.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and minimum five years of public-school teaching experience.
• Reside and domiciled in South Carolina and hold a valid South Carolina teacher certificate on in
the subject/grade being taught.
• Ability to effectively engage and manage students in an online environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in education
• Prior experience teaching in a fully online environment.
• Proficiency integrating educational technology and digital tools into lessons.
