Develop digital learning content, including video lessons, interactive materials, and mastery-based assessments
Serve as teacher of record for specific subject-area courses, tracking student progress, attendance, and issuing grades
Design and maintain a virtual learning structure that aligns with SC state and federal standards
Lead course pacing, scaffolding, and differentiation for diverse learners
Create accessible, culturally relevant, and engaging instructional materials
Collaborate with instructional coaches, arts specialists, and transformational coaches to align academic instruction with AIM HIGH’s interdisciplinary model
Support data-driven instruction through ongoing analysis of student performance
Facilitate small group instruction, virtual office hours, or live workshops as needed
Monitor student progress in online platforms, provide timely feedback, and support re-engagement
Contribute to curriculum mapping, unit development, and long-term planning for subject area
Maintain compliance with student documentation and communication requirements.
Participate in professional development and school-wide initiatives
